These terms apply to everyone who uses easyjobs7.com (“EasyJobs7”), operated by [à compléter: legal company name], easyjobs7.com, CH-1023 Crissier, Switzerland. By creating an account or publishing a job advertisement, you accept these terms.

1. The service

EasyJobs7 is an online job board for Switzerland and Europe. Employers publish job advertisements; candidates search for jobs and apply online. EasyJobs7 is not an employment agency and is not a party to any employment contract between an employer and a candidate.

2. Accounts

• You must give correct information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person or company may not create accounts to mislead others or to get around a suspension.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

3. For employers — publishing jobs

• Price: CHF 5 per job advertisement. No subscription and no automatic renewal.
• Publication: the job is published as soon as the payment is confirmed. You receive a confirmation by email.

• Managing jobs: you can edit your job advertisements and view the applications received from your employer account.

4. Rules for job advertisements

Job advertisements must describe a real, currently open position. It is not allowed to:

• ask candidates for any payment, fee or deposit to apply or to be hired;
• discriminate on grounds such as origin, religion, sex, age or disability, except where the law allows it;
• publish misleading information about the employer, salary, location or conditions;
• use the platform for advertising, recruitment for pyramid schemes, or collecting personal data for other purposes;
• publish the same job several times to gain visibility.

We may review, hide or remove advertisements that break these rules. If we remove a job because it breaks these rules, the fee is not refunded.

5. For candidates

• Candidates pay a one-time registration fee before they can apply. The amount is shown before payment.
• When you apply, the employer receives your profile, CV and application. Employers decide on their own whom to contact and hire.
• Never pay an employer to apply or to get a job. If a job advertisement asks you for money, please report it to contact@easyjobs7.com.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure form and are not stored by EasyJobs7. Prices are shown before payment, in the currency charged.

7. Liability

We work to keep the platform available and the listings reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every advertisement is accurate. Employers are responsible for the content of their advertisements; candidates for the content of their profiles. To the extent permitted by law, EasyJobs7 is not liable for indirect damages or for the outcome of any recruitment.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with its date, applies. Significant changes are announced on the website or by email.

10. Applicable law
