  About the role

  As our new Test Specialist, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the quality of our digital services. You’ll design and run end-to-end test plans, execute manual tests, and document results — all to ensure our software works as expected and delivers a great user experience.

  You’ll work closely with developers, product analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify risks, and continuously refine our testing processes. Part of your role will also include regression testing — making sure existing features remain stable when new changes roll out.

  From participating in code reviews to providing valuable feedback and tracking issues to resolution, you’ll be a key figure in maintaining quality and supporting our continuous improvement mindset.

  What we’re looking for

  You might already be working as a Test Specialist or in a similar role within IT — or perhaps you have hands-on experience from customer-facing roles (like retail or customer service) and a keen technical interest.

  Regardless of your background, you have:

• A structured, analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills

• An understanding of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and common testing methodologies

• Experience with Cross-Browser & Device Testing to guarantee seamless experiences across platforms

• Familiarity with tools like BrowserStack or other cloud-based testing platforms
