Technical Support Specialist – 2nd Line | Onsite in Mölndal

We are seeking a skilled, solution-focused consultant to join our 2nd line technical support team, based onsite in Mölndal. In this role, you will handle support cases related to both software and hardware, including firmware upgrades and device monitoring.

You will provide support to internal customers worldwide, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Experience with medical device products is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 2nd line support tickets using systems like Zendesk

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems

• Perform firmware upgrades and monitor device performance

• Communicate clear, effective solutions to users globally

• Collaborate with 3rd line support for escalations and in-depth investigations

• Share knowledge and contribute to ongoing improvements in support processes

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in 2nd line technical support, ideally within high-tech or medical device sectors

• Strong understanding of hardware, software, and device-level troubleshooting

• Proficiency with ticketing tools such as Zendesk or similar platforms

• Fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
