  Job Description

  We’re on the lookout for a Production Analyst to become part of our Production Analytics team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for visualizing, monitoring, and analyzing production-related data to support better visibility, predictability, and decision-making throughout our game development projects.

  You’ll work with diverse data sources, including HR, financial, project tracking, and version control systems — continuously refining and developing our data pipeline. Your work will empower producers to track progress, identify risks, plan effectively, and optimize how we make games.

  What You’ll Do

• Prepare, transform, and aggregate data from multiple production systems to support comprehensive production reporting.

• Leverage data and KPIs to generate actionable insights for production teams.

• Collaborate with producers to identify data needs and visualization opportunities that enhance project visibility and predictability.

• Define reporting standards and processes, ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and clarity.

• Monitor production data and KPIs, performing ongoing risk assessment and proactively flagging trends or deviations.

• Occasionally travel internationally as required.

  Qualifications

  We’re seeking an analytical, communicative, and adaptable data expert — someone capable of turning raw data into actionable insights through orchestration tools and visualization platforms. You’ll need experience in constructing data aggregation layers and using both SQL and programmatic approaches like PySpark. A strong grasp of data visualization tools (such as Power BI) and a good sense for business and production analytics is essential.

  An understanding of game production processes and solid data engineering practices will be key to succeeding in this role.
