Our client is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Nyköping. This hybrid role combines onsite presence with remote work, offering flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
In this position, you will be the primary contact for managing order-related inquiries, technical questions, and payment issues. You’ll coordinate closely with teams across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and After-Sales Services to ensure swift and effective resolution of customer cases.
This role suits a proactive professional with strong experience in customer service, order management, and business system operations.
Serve as the main internal point of contact for customer inquiries concerning technical support, orders, and payments
Take full ownership of cases by coordinating resolutions with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and other departments
Assist After-Sales and Spare Parts teams in managing customer-related issues
Actively contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service quality
Utilize SAP and Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Teams) to manage workflows and documentation
Share knowledge and support continuous improvements across teams
Proven experience in customer support and order management
Solid understanding of logistics processes and flows
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel and Teams)
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to collaborate across departments and handle complex case resolutions
Hybrid work model with some onsite presence required in Nyköping
